My Peculiar Family Almost Fully Funded
The kickstarter I'm part of, My Peculiar Family, is almost fully funded!
This is my debut! I wrote a story in an anthology with some pretty amazing writers. What did I write?
Isabelle, A young artist in New York during the Civil War is a gifted young lady. Gifted enough to make a living off of painting portraits. But, an eccentric, wealthy man has an unusual commission for her. All Isabelle wants to do is try to earn a living and not fall prey to traditional gender rolls. Instead she's put in the middle of a battle between good and evil.
Help us fully fun this amazing project!

The battle between disenfranchised artists, authors and Indie comic/story creators vs cosplayers.
Each side is feeling like they're being belittled and marginalized for one reason or another. There's been name calling, finger pointing, yelling, snubbing. Conventions WERE a community where we all could celebrate the same thing. They've become something else. The fix isn't easy because it involves listening to each other when our emotions are running high. REALY listening.
